Please join us to focus on one of the most heavily negotiated clauses and have a walk through some of the considerations when drafting and constructing a liability clause under the expert guidance of Dan Burge. You’ll gain invaluable insights into the drafting, construction and implications of liability limitations and exclusions. Dan will seek to illuminate some of the nuances of these essential contractual elements, with the aim of equipping you with the tools to safeguard your clients and contracts as effectively as possible.
